Barcelona still has a problem because previously they were entangled with a large salary it seems, to be honest I don't know how it will perform in this regard but what is certain is that Barcelona's failure started from bad management in the Bartomeu era making it very difficult for them to control their condition and this will continue to have an impact until they able to pay at least arrears to the players after.
