SPL isn't the first to do this previously there were leagues in China and America doing the same thing and we know what happened is only temporary

You're right and the Saudi Pro League is just going to be a pretty highly competitive league in Asia nothing more, and if anyone is touting that they could be one of the best leagues in the world it's bullshit. Bringing old players to their league is clearly the goal only to increase the value of their country and league so they can win the 2030 World Cup election. And if there are young players who go there, of course because they don't get good offers from big clubs, it could be because of their skills is average but if at the same time get an offer from one of the clubs in Europe which is quite competitive of course these young players will choose Europe, the Saudi pro league is suitable for players who have got a lot of achievements and it's time to earn more money, and I quite doubt they will continue to do the same thing for the next ten years because of course it will be seen whether it provides benefits or not.
