Real Madrid are going to have their last season with Ancelotti. I guess Ancelotti would like to say a decent goodbye to the team before his departure. Last season was pretty bad for them. I think the reason was only concentration issues. I don't believe it had anything to do with their squad quality. Because there wasn't a big change between last season and the season before about that. They must have lost their focus which led them to be out of title races in big tournaments.

Ancelotti needs to prepare his players well for this season this time while they are strengthening the squad even more.

Real Madrid lost so much quality when they didn't have Benzema in their squad list last season, so it cost them a lot of points. Real Madrid too often rely on Benzema as the savior or hero of victory, but when Benzema is not playing, the team really has a hard time winning matches.

I agree that Real Madrid had a less enjoyable season last season where they lost so many titles compared to the previous season. But it's part of the game so they can't always win every available title. Real Madrid will also be getting closer to parting ways with Ancelotti, it will definitely make it difficult for them to have high focus next season.
