I only focused this on bitcoin, just as the OP posted about BTC only. Altcoins are gambling. Although, there could be better ones like ether and bnb, but which are centralized and not what people should support. Either you hold altcoins long term or short term, they should not be considered as investments, they are just the means to use cryptocurrencies to gamble.
