I don't really think Chelsea will be fighting to win the premier league next, they ended the last season in a very poor position, they didn't even qualify for the champions league, what i thing their target will be next season is to end the league at a better position, i know their is a great improvement in the clubs performance, but i don't still believe that Chelsea can win the premier league next season. I still have the believe that Manchester united is having higher chances of winning the premier league than Chelsea. what i think Chelsea will be aiming for this season is for them to end the league in top 4 so that they will qualify for champions league.

I don't think anybody is expecting Chelsea to win the Premier League next season, but the truth is that we have witnessed a great improvement in their preseason. They have played well under Pochettino, and so many people are viewing their performance as evidence that they may fight for the title next season in the Premier League. Chelsea's failure to qualify for the Champions League last season doesn't mean they have to be weak next season; it all depends on their club's level of determination. Take Arsenal, for example. Last two seasons, Arsenal did not qualify to play in the Champions League, but last season their performance seriously increased and they fought for the Premier League trophy. 80% of people didn't expect such a great performance from them last season, so judging right now that the league hasn't started is not all that matters. Let's see how their performance will look if the season starts, but I believe they have no European competitions to play in, which I believe will reduce their stress and let them focus on the Premier League the most.
