this is complete nonsense. the provider can only offer coefficients, the limits are determined by the site. if the regulator or the court fines the site for limiting the account, will the provider pay the fine. for example, in France, the regulator threatened bookmakers with 2 years in prison for setting an individual limit. the provider or the bookmaker will go to jail. May the deliveryman impose the limit : Grin
