     -    As far as I know, BC Games was okay before, but recently I've been reading a lot of bad experiences from other gamblers who have tried this platform. I also agree with the OP,  it seems like this issue has been around for a long time. Has BC Games resolved it?

If it's a simple concern issue that can't be resolved immediately or takes a month, it doesn't look good for a casino like BC Games. Is there no reply from their support regarding this matter? I checked his review on TrustPilot, but I can't see it anymore. But anyway, if BC Games cares about their business, they will fix what needs to be fixed.
Only OP can update us about the situation of this issue and I'd hope that BC Game can solve this one since they are considered as one of the good site to gamble, I'm not sure about the current changes with their terms and the other issues with the site. There might be an abuse of the reward here or the site is still working with their investigation, whatever it is the support should inform the player about the issue and give him/her a chance to solve it, this is not a proper way to solve such kind of issue.
OP was last active on 19th of August, today is already 31st of August which is also the last day of the month of August, OP hope he has not come online to update this thread ...

When people complain about something on this forum and are never active to constantly update the thread, I usually think there are two reasons for this , and they are ..
1. Either the OP has given up and abandoned the issue, that is to them , whether the issue is solved or not is no longer their concern since they are not longer interested in it.
2. Or the issue is solved and the Op forgot to update the thread, that is, inform other users of the forum who showed interest in the issue, that the issue has been resolved > this reason is very common on this forum , most especially amongst new users.
the recent update of OP is last July 23 , and updated again in August 19 in which he counted 50 days of waiting , meaning he will come back again any time soon and no plans of abandoning this thread , because if he truly wanted , he will never wait for 50 days and yet no responses .
this leads something not good towards  BC.Games if not resolve  though they have acted the recent scam accusation and now is being paid ,hoping this will be the next one.

probably the case would have already been resolved if he was active here on the forum, I saw that the casino representative asked the OP to send him a PM with the OP's data, but the op did not enter the forum since the casino representative asked him to send PM, this can be seen here:

so the question now is whether the casino sent an email to OP or contacted OP through other means of communication and they already resolved the op's problem, or whether the casino is waiting for the op to enter the forum and send a pm, is it strange that a person who appears in this forum complaining, stay inactive for many days, how does he think his problem will be solved if he doesn't keep logging into the forum to see if the casino representative has or doesn't have an answer to his problem or if perhaps the casino representative needs help? more data and ask that the op provides such data? by that I mean that the op is making a mistake in becoming inactive.

but also if his problem has already been resolved, then it would be polite for him to say here on the forum that his problem has already been resolved. In any case, let's wait for him to enter the forum and explain what the point of the situation is.
