Ofcourse NO because these coaches also needs time to build Manchester United to become a consistent competitive elite team. Just in the case of Manchester City and Arsenal, were it took Pep Guardiola and Mikel Arteta years to build the their team's but in Manchester United own is completely different, Erik Ten Hag have been given enough time and still yet, he failed to deliver.
