That is not really unfounded logic neither, Girona is a team that has never been in this position before, so when people assume that they will not be in this situation again no matter what, that is understandable and not a shocker. I believe that we are going to see them end up losing points a lot, just like how Tottenham was leading EPL for a while and everyone was shocked but look at them now, they may lose another and get out of top 5, just a few losses in a row causes a huge drop when you are at the top.

Griona looks like the type of team that may have a few losses in a row, it wouldn't really shock anyone, they are not much better than everyone else, and just because they are at the top now, doesn't change their talent level. I believe they are going to end up dropping soon.
