Why don't you send an email about the refund policy to every registered user instead of asking them to send a refund request? And why have you added those users in your distrust list who have left negative feedback on your account.

I second the motion. If they really want to do things properly, they should contact everyone in their database. Not ask people on this forum to contact them as the burden of effort should not fall on those to whom money is owed. Also, there are a lot of people who used to play on Betnomi who are not part of the forum.

And an explanation of the changes to the trust list would also be welcome.

Sending an email to all registered users sound reasonable, assuming they can truly cover all the losses, the only explanation (honest one) is the he somehow ended up losing access to the email database and cannot longer do that.
Also, adding to  distrust list to those who have red tagged Sounds rather unprofessional coming from someone who is alledgely recognizing the wrongdoing of their company and tries to fix things. What else is supposed to be a expect from a forum account of a casino which seemed to have pulled a exit scam? Are we supposed to expect people to give green feedback instead? ...
