Yup! like you occur the symptoms without noticing it at first until you realized that you are already addicted into it. Sometimes even we advice to ourself to keep track everything so we can prevent being addicted, we can't do that once we've been in that situation as if we can't remember everything we said to ourself that things won't happen sooner.
