I have to agree, with such a length of time passed and they have never really made any sincere effort to address what seem in some cases to be genuine concerns/claims it can be presumed they gave up on trying to save and protect their reputation a long time ago. If things do not change they really could start falling further in to the Yobit category level.

There is no mention of the EU, the message on their website states: Why have I been blocked? HitBTC is using a security service to protect itself from online attacks. The action you just performed triggered the security solution. There are several actions that could trigger this block including submitting a certain word or phrase, a SQL command or malformed data.
