It will be a problem if we do not know what we are going to do, but we are ready for everything including the worst case then it wont be a problem.

First of all we need to know how many winners will be there and its prize breakdown.

Secondly, we need to have a prediction or calculation on how much we can wager with the money we have.
Thirdly, we need to check the leaderboard and how others are playing to know our possible chance in it.

Last if we think that we can be on the leaderboard, if we think that the reward is worth to try, then we can go but we should not even try if we think otherwise.

But it's harder to have a "strategy" with $50.00 than someone like Gennady who has thousands and he could spam bet for $3.00 each round.
