Looks like that Alonso have all this things and we see it on the field that Leverkusen is a team where everybody is fighting for the others.

I think this cannot be separated from Xabi's hard work to make this team very solid, especially in terms of cooperation. In my opinion, no matter how good a coach is, if they can't form teamwork and chemistry then it won't make them better. I agree that Xabi is not the only reason why this team has performed extraordinary this season, I believe it is the players who also have high motivation to implement what Xabi directs in every match. The role of coaches and players is a factor that we cannot ignore in a team, and this season they have succeeded in creating that chemistry very well. This is not just the success of one person, but this is the success of all the people on this team.
