This is not an error message,you just need to approve/accept it in order to connect your wallet through the Optimism network(an Eth layer2 network). I don't use Metamask on my desktop computer(I use WalletConnect instead on it) but I am using it on smartphone and it works well for me. I didn't test the Base network up to now, but with Optimism and Arbitrum One, it works smoothly for connecting my wallet.

Yes, thanks for the help, we try to support most of the popular wallets, WalletConnect should work with most combinations, we have people using it with Metamask, Rainbow, Uniswap wallet etc.
Base is getting really popular in the last few weeks, it has low fees, lots of upside, so yeah, worth checking out definitely. Not to mention it is backed by Coinbase

I believe it would be better if the list include only the supported wallets that are installed on the device to avoid confusion.

Hi there khaled0111, tnx for trying out our dApp. Connecting both with walletconnect and with trustwallet should work, but there might be some issues depending on the version of the device and the operating system of the phone. We can investigate this, if you tell me your versions.
Anyway, as Saint-loup pointed out, you can always try using walletconnect, trustwallet is supported there also
