You are right it is one of the few trusted casinos I know. I think there might be some problem. But if the support can be contacted with the correct information then it is possible to get a quick solution. If OP doesn't break the rules of course he can get his money back if he can prove it. Now I'll suggest op instead of getting mad at the OP. Errors are not unusual. If anything like that then of course returning the $9379 the OP claimed is no problem. Because this remarkable casino will never cheat their clients for a small amount of money. I think the OP should be more aware of his activities. Whether he has done anything outside the rules or not. I already saw in a screen shot that OP's support is linking his account to another account. Although I don't know the whole thing but if that is the case then OP must have acted break the rules.
