Good point, moving forward and taking actions is the best remedy instead of keep regretting and dwelling with what happened from your previous session, most of the time when you suffer from that kind of defeat you always wanted to recover and instead of enjoying the game you'll end up losing more, the kind of emotions that might lead you into addiction.

It's more on how you should deal and handle your loss and keep that enjoyment and not that aggression to try and winning back your money.

Gambling for the first time can be interesting especially after winning on the first try. Continuously the player will begin to practice gambling each day and tend to lose more money in the process. Now in a situation where too many losses are being recurred it's quite great for the player to stop gambling, but from his experience it's not an act he could practice easily. It's also hard for a gambler to move on, due to the amount he's lost in the process.

Finding a fresh activity to go into as a gambler is a duty of a friend to the gambler. Deciding on this alone may not be achieved for a player because his thoughts revolves around gambling. In a situation where the gambler doesn't have anybody to help introduce him to a different fun activity, the player can easily walk to a friend and inform him regarding his serious engagement into gambling. Although this decision may be difficult for the player to do as it will hardly occur to him, but it'll help the player to take responsibility and stop his chase for losses

Many dont know gambling addiction has serious implications. Careers, relationships, and lives can be destroyed. Playing can quickly become a desperate struggle for control, causing financial and emotional damage. The good news is hope. Problem recognition is the first step to recovery. Help is available for gambling addicts. There are support groups and expert counseling. Remember, you can always change your life. Im not anti-gambling. When done responsibly, its fun. Setting limits, knowing when to quit, and never gambling more than you can afford to lose are essential.
