Yeah its understandable nothing is perfect since there would be unforeseen circumstances that  might occurred. If there's an issue will happen then I guess its up for them now on how they could solve those issue since its important to see that those users will get paid. We all know that its  bad to see any pending cases which is unhandled by casino so if they want to run a good business and gain trust from people then I guess its more better to pay those users so they can avoid getting much negative attention to people.

Sometimes we maybe explore on other casino since we could able to see some appealing contest but we make sure that everything is fine with them since there are some instances that a casino will create or experience some issue due to the bonuses they implemented. If they act faster then provably that lots of people will be confident again to test out their casino since all gamblers are watching on how a casino will solve its users issues.

But that bad experience they had was actually their fault because they maybe didn't properly prepared themselves for a big crowd or traffic that's on the forum to test out their service and the moment they launched it all chaos but like you say if they respond fast then they might resort the issue of their trust in the community but as it's stand , I don't think they are doing anything about the issue although I can't verify that for a certain.
