Chelsea is not so different with Man United, these teams are difficult teams to manage by any coach in the world. I think only a coach who has a good charismatic characteristic like Zidane who can manage the team. Unfortunately, there is no way that Chelsea can ensure Zidane to be their next coach.

Well Xavi may have great intelligence but Xavi still doesn't have enough successful experience in a top team. With Barcelona, Xavi failed to win UCL or Europa league competition. Xavi also failed to win domestic trophies in his second seasons managing Barcelona. Well, the reason may be about the quality of Barcelona squad. But I think Xavi should go far in international competitions and win at least 2 domestic league. So, because Xavi can prove his quality as a coach in Barcelona, I am not sure he will be successful in Chelsea.
