Marc Guiu, Omari Kellyman and Boca Junior player Aaron Anselmino have reportedly agreed to join Chelsea, but some of them will not be Chelsea players next season because Chelsea will loan them to other clubs as a first step. Chelsea's investment in young players has made it clear that they really want to build a better squad, but of course they need time and proper handling.

Chelsea's recruitments have all been awful. I realize Chelsea is trying a new business model by nurturing young players, but there are only a few veterans on the club. It makes the team incredibly lopsided; these young players will be loaned to other clubs, but I'm skeptical of their results.
There is no guarantee that sending those young players on loan will aid them much in developing their own performances. I recall noticing that Chelsea's young players were rarely given consistent playing opportunities at their loaned club.

A striker like Datro Fofana has been a victim of Chelsea's experiment.
