I've never seen a casino require such a huge deposit just to claim your bonus or points, and then still have a rollover requirement after you deposit. If this picture is legit, I think Cloudbet needs to shed some light on this, as it could be truly alarming.

However if this email was sent in 2014 or 2015, I think this is acceptable.

that's the point. It is from that year that they first asked me to put 1 btc. After I passed the 2.6m then I could get a phone. Then I didn't have any more points and so on... there was always a but and now I have nothing. and they won't give me anything. and the past doesn't matter.

Did you deposit the 1 BTC they required? If so, then they should credit the promised points to your account. Otherwise, they should be charged with scamming a user, even if it happened a long time ago.
