Firing a coach is not a difficult thing for a club to do, but there is compensation that must be paid as a result of terminating one party's contract. Bayern Munich seems to be solving a puzzle of its own making, and the consequence is that they will have to spend a lot of money for free if they fire Kompany midway.

Many doubt Kompany ability to handle Bayern Munich, he is not a reliable coach and his quality has not been tested. Bayern Munich will have difficulty winning the Bundesliga and is expected to fail in the UCL because of Kompany's limitations in managing a big team like Bayern Munich.
