That premise; "control your emotions" is a fallacy, if you try to betting, at least in traditional casino games, at times when you are immersed in an unstoppable spiral of losing your funds.

The best way is to establish a control of funds, both with the casino and those related to your wallets, then pay for a medical consultation that allows you to medicate yourself, otherwise that media control, or self-control, will not happen.
