No, not ' only ' but CMC was only the most popular crypto info site. No wonder why it is always the first one that is being recommended for a question like the OP have. @OP, every crypto that is still active, actually has an updated price and you can look at it everywhere. You can even input the coin name plus the word USD or your preferred currency in Google and then the first result will show you an updated/real-time price of that coin.
