You would need a subopena just to get details from cloudflare (where the domain is pointing to), just to try to get some personal details of the owners. But who knows, they have probably covered their tracks well, maybe use TOR, VPNs, proxies and there would be many hurdles to jump through to eventually get the personal details of Wetsuit, Quinn and whoever else manages the site.

The biggest issue are the costs involved in such endeavor. For those who are concerned about their funds, it's advisable that they just withdraw all their money from the platform as soon as possible and forget about the premium bullshit.

Missing WoF spins don't worth the headaches with a potential legal action.
