But judging them and the coach just after three matches is definitely a little too harsh.

You know, Pioli's tactics and Fonseca's tactics are not same,. The main problem here is that the Milan players are not completely loyal to Fonseca. While at Lille all the players were very young so it was very easy for Fonseca to manage them. But in the case of Milan, he has to fight with his star players. Hopefully, he will be able to fully dominate the players during the international break and familiarize them with his tactics.
