It can be like on centralized exchanges, pioneered by Binance exchange, they use their exchange token BNB as a mean to run many promotions around the token with different benefits to their users who own BNB in accounts and use if as payment for trading fee, and more benefits in different fees at different account Tiers too. Other centralized exchanges copied this strategy from Binance and now it is massively popular.

That's probably the strategy the admins/developers are following. Noah was an employee in FTX before the founders destroyed their own work. I'm very confident that if the strategy worked for those exchanges, then it will also work for internet casinos.
