Conte is professional and has good ability to succeed with his club but he does not control himself well so usually his working relationship with his clubs break after two or three seasons. He is like Jose Mourinho but in Italian version and even he wins Scudetto with Napoli this season, he might have conflict with them and will be sacked next season.

Clubs care about results and titles if possible, they only hire coaches to work for them. When the contract is done or job is not done well as expected, they can end the contract or terminate it, and fire new coaches. Not many people like and respect Jose Mourinho or Antonio Conte because they are not coaches with friendly style like Ancelotti who is in charge of Real Madrid coach position.

Napoli poor performance last season was clearly a reference for the management to sign Conte as their coach, although there was previously a doubt in signing the contract but finally Napoli managed to convince Conte to work for them, Conte started the season as Napoli coach with a defeat from Verona but slowly he was able to take Napoli in a better direction without being beaten in their 6 lats matches, I think at the moment Conte is starting to find a balance in the team with Lukaku as the spearhead and if they can continue to maintain their consistency it is certainly not impossible that they can repeat the Scudetto achievement like in season 2022/23, but it is too early for us to expect too much from Napoli at the moment, but with all Conte experience and also the support from of management it is not impossible that it can happen later.
