Since the company can spend lower costs when they are using robots, they surely will decline the number of employees. However, not ever job can be done by robots, there are some jobs that require human to do it. I don't believe if all the jobs can be replaced by robots someday. Robots aren't like human, they don't have the ability to innovate, imagine, and other things that only humans can do it.

We must understand that humans are much more perfect than robots so that we can adapt to technology and even the robots were created by humans. Not all jobs can be done by robots so that human labor is needed as a complement and yet we will definitely face conditions where in the future jobs will be more dominated by robots in certain jobs. So prepare yourself so that humans do not feel left behind by technological developments and we can still prepare ourselves to live side by side with the sophistication of existing technology.

I agree with you because robots work according to orders and they are intentionally designed to only follow orders and not all jobs can be done like humans. So there is a level of ability that robots cannot do, for example they do not have the initiative in certain conditions when something unwanted happens.
