By the way, you do seem to kind of love to have things made about you.. so you must admit that you have some of your own seemingly enjoyment of drama "issues," so likely there are going to be some of us who might take some of your claims with a wee bit of a large grain of salt..
I just do me and poke fun at those like yourself who continue to comment about my actions as if your opinion matters to me in some way.

I consider myself as pretty not hostile to you, even though from time to time, I do react to some of your behaviors and/or interactions that I consider as a bit much.. .. so I doubt that it really fits very well to lump "those people" in too general of a way, because really I have purposefully chosen to not chime in regarding various aspects of your seeming drama.. ..

I don’t ask for people like you to keep mentioning me.

I doubt that I am ever the first person to bring you up in a thread, unless you might be the subject of the thread or part of the subject of the thread... .. and also if you are trying to suggest "people like me" then you are seeming to be grasping for straws in your desires to lump folks into some kind of a group that might not exist beyond your imagination.

In fact, I usually say that you and those like you should worry about yourself in response. I’ve found there’s usually no such luck though.

It seems that in this here thread, I mostly ONLY brought up the topic of what I perceive to be your own personality (and historical dramatical tendencies) in response to your trying to suggest that members are against this thread ONLY because you are the starter of the thread, and you made some general statements about the unmeritorious motives of such persons talking negatively about this thread, including trying to suggest that you are "mister innocent," which seems to be a bit of an exaggeration and including its own drama  to be framing yourself as if you were such a supposed upstanding and great forum citizen (or whatever it was that you were striving to suggest to be our current situation).. .. and sure, I still have not even gotten towards reading the posts in that other thread yet, even though it seems that I was largely anticipating that I would be mostly taking your side, at least in terms of the legitimate (or at least good enough) basis for this thread to exist and including suggesting that this thread is a good thing and also prior to reading that other thread to tentatively conclude that those forum members supporting any kind of discontinuation of (or limitations upon) this thread would likely be nutjobs.. perhaps even MOAR BIGGER nutjobs than uie-pooie.,. hahahahahaha.. (had to get a fun lil dig in there, just to entertain myself a wee bit MOAR better, while we are still bouncing around under $70k - barely).

As we continue continue our daily pushups challenge it is very important we know food's we are to eat before and after our daily pushups in other to help use achieve our desire result.
Before your 100-push-up workout, it's recommended to have a meal or snack containing a balance of carbohydrates, protein, and healthy fats. Good options include:

A whole grain toast with peanut butter and a banana
Greek yogurt with granola and berries
A small bowl of oatmeal topped with nuts and a drizzle of honey
The carbohydrates will provide energy, the protein will help maintain and build muscle, and the healthy fats will support hormone production and overall health.

After your workout, it's important to have a recovery meal or snack within 30 minutes to 1 hour. This should contain a higher ratio of protein to help repair and rebuild muscle tissue. Some post-workout options include:

A protein shake made with milk or plant-based milk, and fruit
Grilled chicken breast with roasted sweet potatoes and steamed broccoli
Tuna salad on whole grain crackers
Staying hydrated by drinking water before, during, and after your workouts is also crucial for muscle recovery and overall health. With this balanced nutrition approach, you can support your muscle gains from the 100-push-up routine.

Nutrition is completely personal. I hope your nutrition routine is suitable for your physical body.
I understand that you are trying to avoid consuming processed foods at least.
The nutrition prescription you wrote is a rote list, it may give good results for some people, but it is not suitable for others.
It is best to test yourself and do some experiments in terms of nutrition first, maybe if you do not have a balanced diet, it is best to get support from an expert.

Even though there may be some personal variation in what kinds of foods can be tolerated, I doubt that nutrition is completely personal, and there are likely some foods that are more universally nutritional as compared with others, even though some persons and/or members will be able to tolerate some kinds of foods better than others.

I personally consider the whole grains and chicken breasts and low fat baloney of SuperBitMan's above suggestions and linked article to be very problematic and likely not very nutritious.. also its failure to mention the benefits of meats fats including red meats. and failure to consider benefits of natural fats (such as healthiness of saturated fats) to show that it is biased and not likely based on science rather than emphasizing certain kinds of likely baloney ideas (aka misinformation and/or bad information).

The hater thread motivated me. Defamation is the best advertisement, indeed. Let me join.

Welcome.. nice to see another pusher.

This will probably become my favorite thread as time goes by. I hope I'm not late to the party (or should I hope otherwise?).

I need to prepare my body for the New Era in Bitcoin. Until $100k, weak hands is an idea that exists only mentally, but once we cross that, it starts becoming necessary to regularly exercise your hands to hodl.

Personally, I was hoping that we can reach and/or surpass 100 pushers by the time the BTC price reaches $100k (presuming that the price is going to get there within the next 1 to 6 months).. but yeah, when this thread started in February, I had not anticipated that we still would not have had been to $100k.. but yeah, for sure, it can be difficult to know about how long it will take for our lil precious to reach certain higher price points..

Got two nice sets of 50 in today. I’ve been focusing on trying to have perfect form and going nice and slow. I think at around 4-5 seconds per push-up you can really start to feel a burn and establish a good control of your form. It’s difficult for me to do more than 50 at a time like this, while I’m up to 70 if I try to get through them as fast as I can.

My top number of pushups in any set has been between 50 and 75, and the longest that I have taken to do any set of pushups is right around 70 or perhaps 80 seconds, so surely it becomes difficult to do pushups slow.. I wonder if I were to try to do 20 or 30 pushups as slow as 3-5 seconds per pushup if I would even be able to do 20-30 pushups under those kinds of conditions?  Maybe I will try to do it?  I am thinking that I may have done 30 pushups around 60 seconds previously and it about killed me, so maybe I will try to do the slow set just for shits and giggles..

I am done with my pushups for today, so I will have to consider if I might try such a "slow set" tomorrow and see how it goes.

sorry for holding back the price of BTC . But then again I am not that sorry. as I am singlehandedly allowing everyone to be like JJG and DCA

Well yeah, sometimes members might not realize the power of ongoingly DCAing into dee cornz... at least until they have accumulated enough and/or more than enough BTC, which I would suspect is going to take an overwhelming majority of normies at least a whole BTC cycle to get to a high enough quantity of BTC that they believe that they got enough or more than enough... and yeah, sure there may be some forum members who are able to front-load their BTC investment, so that will help to reach enough or more than enough BTC within a faster timeframe.
