If really all these complains are legit then it is too early to have such from the company. Because such behavior will reduce the trust people have foe them and the reputation will not be there again. And the worst part is that gamblers here will not recommend the casino to others.
Whether those complaints will harm their reputation or not depends on how they are going to handle them. In fact, i they handle them properly and manage to resolve them then this may improve their reputation even more.

Regarding the second case, some proofs must be provided first. But in any case, Razed is not the first casino that asks for a video call as part of their kyc procedure.
