You forgot the part where he willingly tried to hire a hitman (who was an undercover agent) to kill someone.
He was not convicted of this as far as I’m aware, making it just a talking point that should not be repeated. He was convicted of running a website that let people sell things. The fact an undercover cop tried to extort and entrap him, eventually stealing, then lying to his bosses until he found himself in jail, shouldn’t be held against Ross.

He wasn't charged or convicted of those allegations, even if they might of been true.
He was not charged for it, and yes he was entrapped by the undercover agents, but the evidence that he was willing to go for it speaks for itself and I do not think that should be excusable.
