There are cards that work in most countries of the world (with exceptions - see banned countries) - and when it comes to virtual cards, for some you don't even need KYC. Really some virtual cards dont need KYC? Thats great but I think that would be impossible in our place to have stuff like that. Since Government mostly authorize services provided theres KYC.
