Considering the number of crimes happening worldwide from those close to each other, I wouldn't recommend trusting anyone. We often think certain people around us are trusted and that we can share anything with them, but that isn't always right. Someone trying to be trustworthy and loyal around you might be doing that intentionally to gain your trust and stab you in your back. So, we should be cautious with people around us and never share confidential things with anyone.

The only people you can trust on this earth are probably your parents and then your spouse, and trust your spouse if only you know he/she is trustworthy because you have been together for years, and it should be easy for you to understand that when you are living together.
