I believe that everyone should be punished for failure to fulfill their obligations. Should be punished regardless of rank and merit. So that they cannot escape retribution thanks to their connections on the forum. It will be fair and newcomers will be drawn to forum because they will see that there is justice on the forum.

Whether failure should be punished or not is not a question of your messed up opinion, it is a question that has to be answered by the debtor and the creditor alone. Your Darwinistic approach to identify who is weak, who is strong and who should be punished or maybe in your fantasy even cease to exist is pretty irrelevant here. Your general stance that obligations must be fulfilled is 100% correct. But I am sure that there are people who have crashed really hard in their lives once, got a second chance and are now miles ahead of you.

Come online with your real account and share your opinion. A scammer is someone who stops to fulfill obligations once and forever and stops communication with the creditor. Then you can call someone a scammer. Otherwise it is none of your business.
