I think you are a little confused, the machines that you are talking are Arcades with video games, a single coin can give you many minutes of entertaining.
But the machines that I am talking on the OP message only has a NON-video game, that game is just for gambling, it last less than 20 seconds or 10 seconds, what kind of entertaining can give you that?

Agree it's parent responsibility to take care about the activities of their children and educate them.

Sadly as I said before most of those machines are in low income neighborhoods and those parents aren't aware of the harm that those machines do in the long run.
