You will always get the same answer by reaching their live support agent or email support team. They aren't going to give you exact information for closing your account and seizing the funds. Even you won't get any help from any 3rd party mediators. Thunderpick team don't cooperate with the mediators. Now you have only one option left to get further help or information, you have to send email to their Dispute Resolution Office.

I doubt anything good is coming from it either. Lawer up and send them a legal notice. You can additionally file a complaint with their license provider that is Curaçao (license No. 1668/JAZ)

Ensure you download all your interactions with them including your transactions/bet history. You've to form a very solid case for this to work so if you were actually cheating/violating any of their rules just drop it and move on.
