I can understand opening a package for basic inspection, but removing the seal is unacceptable.
They probably didn't mess with the hardware itself, and you can still use it, but you never know.

Cool move from Trezor, but you can't be sure if they will repeat the same thing with new package, and you probably have to pay import fees again for new package.

Best thing is to purchase hardware wallets in local shop, but you don't have this option.
