One of the biggest challenges is to find good employees, this is the hardest thing and the next hardest thing is to negotiate a salary with your employees because good employees do not work for cheap and entrepreneurs need to minimize expenses. You also have to consider that your employee don't care about how your business performs, they want to get their salary at the end of the month, and they won't treat your business like it's their own child.

Not every single one of them though, not every digital product costs a lot, and not all developers and designers are expensive neither. You can go to fiverr and find cheap workers there too, nobody works for five dollars anymore of course, because of inflation everyone charges a lot, most of the decent people start from 100 bucks, but that's the most important thing, you need to realize, it is going to take a lot to get the best version and that's the key here as well.

I believe we are going to end up with a lot of trouble if we make a product that already exists a million times though, I always support making something unique. The product itself doesn't have to be unique, but your approach to it has to be unique, like even when you are selling a shirt, don't just sell any shirt, sell like some green shirt that has 10% of income goes to greenpeace or whatever, that's just an example maybe not a good one, but you get the gist, add something unique to it.
