but what needs to be emphasized here is compensation for that time because big holidays like Christmas or New Year are extraordinary days, and workers should get compensation for their dedication, whether it's in the form of bonuses or rewards outside of their salary.

While many of us agree that these are extraordinary days and should be paid along with bonuses. But it all depends to the employers that are also into it.

If it's part of the law of a country where you are working with and it is an incentive that must be paid, even these employers don't celebrate those, the employees must be compensated.

The amount depending of bonus is still dependent to the boss but as employees, many are grateful that they've been given and remembered with such bonus.

Sometimes there are companies that do not pay their workers on holidays, in fact I think only a few companies pay their workers on holidays and those who get it are very lucky to be paid even outside of their working days.
People who can work while on vacation I think are quite cool, I myself often watch TV shows that are about adventure, culinary, what I think is that the people on the show work quite coolly because they work while enjoying their vacation and enjoying food which is indeed a culinary show. Whatever our job, we must be grateful.
Some people have not found work because it is difficult to get a job, therefore whatever job you have must be maintained as long as it is a job that is clear in everything.

Maost of the people work for salary and they want to work for more money but they also want holidays to enjoy their life . But we observe many workers who do work in the holidays due to more money because they are married persons and they want to meet expenses. But single person can afford holidays because they have no family which is dependent on that . I saw many waitors who work in the holidays but they want to enjoy Eid or Christmas. I think government should take step for the Workers and it should give facilities to the workers.No body want to work in holidays but they have to do it out of necessitation. But that thing is common in every country but now we are watching the business owners who will give the holidays to the workers and they will also pay double money for that day.

Yes this is indeed true on which there are works that even on holiday season you are getting paid or something that we can call it to be a fixed salary on which as a worker then we would really be loving on having this kind of holiday or breaks. For those who do have a work on which they will be neither like it or not then they will be needing up to work but there are some options too whether you do duty or not but of course the pay would be double yet there are indeed companies that considers out when it comes to holiday season on which this one is really that indeed good or better. So it will really be that up to you on how you do deal up with this accordingly.

Working on holidays do really that somewhat do really sucks because instead you can have more rest day but you do really need up to work in order for you to be able to earn salary. Although there are those who do really want to work with this kind of days because they do know that they can earn more. They dont care about whether they are taking up some rest or not, as long they are making money then this is what matter the most. So it will really be that totally situational or depending on a certain individual because not all will be having on the same mentality when it comes to this.
