Yes I understand but they still need to be active to update the thread and discuss with participants. And if they are busy with other things then they should appoint someone who is active in the forum to moderate the thread by updating, discussing and others. With that they can report complains from the thread to their channels and they return the complain to the complainers. If you are saying that we should not expect them to be active because of their business activities over the casino then what about the user who created the ANN thread?
@Agbe, what is your challenge exactly? Do you have an issue that you want addressed? or you heard of an issue that was brought to this thread and not quickly responded to?
There have been all sorts of activities on this thread, from recent discussions concerning promotions on the Betfury platform to other issues major and minor being addressed.
Hands down, if a survey is carried out in the forum, this Ann thread should rank as one of the most active, and that can be traced to the fact that it is under good management.
