I think this is like a coin with two faces. The casino is giving you an option to select between the two faces. It is either you wait for the overall result before you cashout or you will have to take the little winning while forfeiting the rest without bothering about the overall outcome. The cashout option has made many gamblers to make little profits avoiding a total loses, while also had been a bug regret to others that choose to cashout without knowing that the overall result will fall to there prediction. This is a test option and we always have to scrutinize every game we have bet on before taking any silly decisions that will make us lose totally.

This is what cash out is all about, two choices each with their consequences. In some cases, cash out can be seen as a tool to deny the gambler the opportunity to win huge whereas some cases, it is a blessing as it makes the gambler take whatever money being offered and leave. If you place a bet, until the match is settled, you will realize that your emotions will be actively engaged but as soon as you cash out and take profits or whatever you can get, your will see how relaxed you are because your bet is settled. This is how cash out relief the gambler of the burden of having to wait for games to finish when they can simply take their profits and rest. I don't see cash out as a trap because it can be beneficial.

For example, if my money is still in for betting, I will 100% get a bigger win if your consequence is true.
