Speaking of schedule, this is one of the things that I'm doing right now.

Last year, I spent hours and hours looking at the market hoping to see an opportunity and it affected me mentally for a bit, and it's good that I realized it way earlier. What if I did that for an entire year or 2? I might get affected mentally and will end up losing more. This year, I will try to spend at most 3 hours looking for the market and make some trades. After that, I will not do it anymore. Like what OP said, health is wealth and this strategy that I'll be using is one proof to show that I care for myself. Cheesy

It's either I'll make money on that span of time, or will not at all, and that's okay because you can't win it all.

At the end of the day, I hope that all traders here will take care of themselves still and don't spend too much time on trading. There are lots of opportunities out there, so care for your health still even though you want to make money on trading.
