I was thinking that there could be conflict if Betpanda will saw two accounts with the same IP address, although they are VPN friendly.
So might be better, in case to let them know that you have created another account as you can't login with the original and didn't do the usual route of resetting your password. As for the slot multiplier, someone already a big multiplier as well, so competition for sure are going to be very close.
