As long as the reset button is working, there shouldn’t be any major issues. Since you created a new account, do you think having two accounts on the same IP might cause a conflict?
Most casinos do not care if the other account is inactive/dormant and you never made any transactions. But as a pre cautions, a player should contact support and ask them if it is okay to create another account because of the mentioned reason. Personally, I would do that because I do not want to get into trouble in the future where the money is involved. I do not make much, so, losing a couple of bucks is gonna hurt. I don't think casinos make trouble for a few dollars. But there are some casinos that can make trouble saying you had multiple accounts if you win a big amount.
Makes sense -- if you’re willing to accept potential problems in the future, then it’s fine. But for me, if I still have the account and can’t reset the password, I’d be a bit more patient. If the casino doesn’t respond, that’s already a red flag that they’re not trustworthy. In that case, there’s no reason to create another account and risk experiencing issues again. I’d rather look for a better, more reliable casino instead.
This is equally important if you have funds in your first account or even if you do not have funds. In case you make a new account, and you deposit money in the new account and if the casino terms and conditions, do not allow multiple accounts, they can block both of your account and not even you withdraw any money that was in accounts.
If you have done the KYC in the first account, it becomes even more complicated, as then how will you do another KYC for the same person with same documents who already registered on the gambling site
