They will have troubles to provide services to US. and European users because in the USA and European countries, there are more and stricter regulations on these things. They can ignore those nations or self-restrict available products of their platform to users from those countries.

For full access to their platform and products including their native token dividends, they can go Global South that is a trend in cryptocurrency industry. Countries in Global South have less regulations and it's more easily to operate there without too much legal barriers and risks.
