I have got a responsible gaming issue on casinopunkz.io. I requested a exclusion forever because of the reason gambling addiction. I had already a support conversation where a refund was stated. I should login account for withdraw. My account was unlocked for that action. But there was no balance. As I contacted the support again it was said that no refund will be done.
Please help me with my case.

you have to be crazy to think a casino is going to refund your losses. unless you have a court order or something like that, it's not happening.
like others have already mentioned, you probably misunderstood what support said.
if that's not the case and they did say they will refund your losses, feel free to share your conversation here.
Don't know if there's certain law like that which allow you to request a refund from the casino after you lose your money there.
i'm sure there are, but i don't think they apply here.
one i can think of is if they allowed him to play after he self excluded. he could probably sue them based on that.
