I do not know why BC Game have not replied but they still have just under 48 hours to send a reply according to CasinoGuru on their platform. Until they post here or there with their side of the story we will not see the full picture but having said that, they should have posted by now. Hopefully they will post here soon or opt to engage with you solely on CasinoGuru.
Are you able to post screenshots of all of your correspondence with BC Game. If you can it will help all of us much more to further understand more about the situation.

Ok, I'm here. A bit late as my IRL situation are a bit demanding these past few days [and I think for the next few too]. I've reached my contact on BC and we should have a talk in about this time.
Anyway... ibb.... umm... they hate me for some reason. As always, I can't access them by default and have to take a long way around with other browser and VPN and other settings just to look at them. Today though, they seemed to hate me significantly more as I can't see anything at all, no matter what I do. I always get a disconnected page.
Can someone please be kind and reupload OP's image to talkimg so I can get them? Fast? So I can already understand what happen when my contact joined me?
