We're working on getting a different wallet system set up where all of a players deposits will go to the same address and payouts should come from the same wallet as well. We know that it can get frustrating for players to have all these different generated wallets sending and receiving funds.

That is a good decision by the team. It's better to allow players to have a single deposit address for each crypto they use for their deposits; this can also save one time by saving the address somewhere and reusing it whenever they want to make a deposit instead of generating and using a new address every single time.
It's good that the customer service is quick and is solving the issues very quickly, otherwise, this could cause issues for the platform as a whole because negative news spreads fast.
