i agree that we should feel motivated to be productive but for other people dopamine levels can only result from spending money which is not a lot of people can afford to do so

many people are forced to just work no matter how they feel it is a sad thing but it is what makes you stronger

I think everyone has their own motivation and it's not just about achieving success, I myself have a friend who has very good skills in speaking in front of many people because that is also his job, and sometimes I hear him talk makes me want to be like him who speaks very confidently can convince many people to join the business he runs, this is one of my own motivations outside of success.
The reason many people work that actually does not make them comfortable is because of circumstances, I myself have experienced it even though I feel that the job I get does not make me comfortable but because of circumstances that do not allow so what I have to do is follow the flow that is already flowing.
